BUTTON TEST PROCEDURE
Purpose:To ensure the functionality and reliability of the flashlight button.
Steps: Visual Inspection / Button Press Test / Functionality Test / Duration Test /Environmental Test / Documentation.
Conclusion:
1)If the flashlight button passes all tests without issues, it is deemed to be functioning correctly.
2)If any problems are identified, document them and proceed with necessary repairs or replacements.
HOW WE PROCESS
Our company integrates the entire process from raw material procurement, mold development, injection molding, assembly integration, quality control, aging tests, to inspection and shipment. WATERPROOF TEST PROCEDURE

Steps: Preparation / Visual Inspection / Initial Functionality Test / Immersion Test / Post-Immersion Test / Inspection / Documentation.

1)If the flashlight passes all tests without issues, it is deemed to be waterproof to the specified standards.
